The only thing more entertaining than watching someone quit is watching them quit in glorious fashion. Not that we intend to make light of someone completely losing it on the job, but in the midst of our mundane work days where the average excitement only comes from leaving the office slightly earlier than usual, those kinds of outbursts are welcomed with open arms.
As someone who is generally non-confrontational with most in-person encounters, I have to marvel at the audacity of some of these coworkers, even when they are completely out of line. They tend to be entirely confident when they snap in a public workplace. I simply could never, even if I were justified in my behavior (and in most of these stories, the coworkers were not justified). In fact, if they weren't quitting while having these outbursts, they were all likely fired pretty much immediately afterward. Thankfully, because we compiled these stories from r/AskReddit, we have the satisfaction of hearing all the drama without having it affect our lives in any way whatsoever. Let's be honest with ourselves: that's the best kind of drama, isn't it?
