This is some rich people drama! Who can afford to get divorced and remarried to the same person so many times and have a lavish ceremony each time? No wonder why their daughter is so over them.
This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmiTheA**hole subreddit by u/thebridenotthewife, who shared an update from an original post. We first included the original story below, along with the update. Essentially, after telling her mother that she did not want to spend $1500 on a bridesmaid dress for their new wedding ceremony, the Redditor got into yet another fight with her mother, this time over her own wedding. Her mother was infuriated that her daughter would be willing to spend money planning her own honeymoon in Greece and not spend a cent on her parents' fifth/sixth wedding (it's not entirely clear just how many times these two have married and divorced each other).
