Dealing with bugs and errors all day is pretty tiring, and if you have to deal with annoying coworkers' stupid questions, then it's even worse.
One of the most annoying things about programming is when you get stuck on an issue, look up said issue, and find somebody asking the exact same question – followed by either (a) no answers at all or worse (b) "never mind, I figured it out". Another frustrating thing is when management just doesn't understand programming but wants to micromanage it anyway. Memes are essential to release the stress and anxiety one accumulates when working in tech. So these will provide a much needed break, as they are the best tool available for procrastination.
