This restaurant owner is the definition of evil. While there are plenty of horrible bosses in this world, it's hard to beat this one, who is a literal parody of herself at this point.
This thread was posted to Reddit's r/restaurant subreddit by u/Ale-Pac-Sha, who shared a series of group text messages from the restaurant owner to her staff. Let's just say that with each message, it gets increasingly unhinged. One person pointed out in the comments section that she openly admitted to planning to commit wage theft on top of numerous other problems from crazy revelations to threats to abusive and offensive rhetoric. Obviously, no employee deserves to be treated this way, except for maybe the owner herself. Here's hoping her staff leaves her high and dry, but not before getting some sweet revenge. We've seen plenty of instances where employees were able to stand up for themselves. Like this post about an employee who found a loophole in his company's sick day policy.
