Remember when millennials WERE the culture? Sorry, ARE. Some of us are not ready to use past tense just yet.
We need to feel relevant still, ya know? It's nothing against the boomers, who will seemingly never retire. It's nothing against the zoomers, who seem to actually think Euphoria is quality television. And it's nothing against the Gen Xers, who frankly will be flattered that we remembered to include them in this little rant.
I guess the time is rapidly approaching for millennials to confront the harsh reality that we are no longer at the forefront of popular culture. And like every generation, we must delay facing that harsh reality until the very end, only this time, we shall do it with memes!
