Guy Recounts the Tragic Tale of His Hilarious 'Zoom Meeting' Fail

It's always when we go out of our way to seem as cool as possible that the universe decides to make us look the most foolish. Some kind of cosmic karma bolts from the blue to put us right back in our place…

Well, that's precisely what happened to this gentleman when he tried to act suave on a Zoom meeting. Right at that very moment, his IKEA furniture decided to fail him.

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/TIFU subreddit by Redditor u/DishsoapOnASponge. For those who haven't been online in the last nine years, the acronym means 'Today I F-ed Up' and originated with the subreddit when it was created in 2012. Since that time, TIFU has become synonymous with the internet and has earned its place in the "Internet Acronym Hall of Fame" along with the likes of WTF and FML.

This classic subreddit has given us some real timeless posts throughout the years, spawning the likes of the "Coconut C*m" post, "AncestryDNA," and "Pretended Not to Know About Potatoes." We might endeavor to revisit these in the near future.
