There is something about carefully analyzing a fine wedge of cheese that is endlessly satisfying and mouthwatering. From cheddar to gouda, to mozzarella, all the way to goat, cheese has a very special place in our hearts. It makes everything better. It is delicious in chunks, slices, heck even cheez wiz gets the job done in a pinch. This series of fine cheese macrophotography hits us right in the gut with a total sensory overload.
