What hope does your company possibly have when this idiot is running the interviews? Imagine trying to tell someone that they were late to an interview when you were the one who was late to an interview. The classic switcheroo!
Hopefully, this job seeker manages to find a better job elsewhere. It would be icing on the cake if they see the interviewer interviewing at their next interview!
This manager probably went to the same training school as the manager who fired the guy for taking a sip of his $0.99 can of tea while he was waiting to pay for it.
