Building Manager Gets Fired After Trying to Make Concierge Do Random Jobs Outside of His Job Description

Nothing like being asked by your manager to do things that are well out of the bounds of your job description. But it can be equally as toxic when an employee refuses to do anything that isn't explicitly stated in their contract.

Somewhere within the bounds of those lines lies a blissful grey area where employee and employer can coexist and achieve mutual trust. This is not one of those occasions.

Just another horrible manager asking for unrealistic things
