Honestly, has anyone ever heard of a good HOA? Props to this couple for finding a way to comply in style. Nothing better than getting one up on an entitled snitch while still technically complying to the regulations.
Even better to hear that the HOA then attempted to change the regulations to include regulations for indoors. Without first considering the legalities of that... They're incredibly lucky that they had that lawyer guy on hand otherwise they would have found themselves knee deep in lawsuits.
