Someone is getting coal in their stocking this year and it's definitely not going to be these teachers who have managed to comply with every letter of the school's requirement. It's not their fault the consultant didn't want to attend the meeting at 11 pm on Christmas Eve!
Honestly though, what is going on with our education system? This field is so important but so incredibly undervalued. Maybe instead of hiring 'consultants', you should just increase the wages of the staff you already have?
