We don't really think about toilet placement until it becomes a problem, especially in the event of an emergency. One would think that the universal standard for toilets would be "on the floor and not covered in lace" but there are exceptions to the rule. And those exceptions are surprisingly mentally hard to deal with. For more stuff like this, here are some troubled, flawed rooms with bad vibes.
