There's a tradition in the U.S. navy that no submarine is lost at sea, and every Christmas a broadcast is sent out to all the crews of those subs still on duty. Tumblr found out about it, so naturally they had something to make of it. Give Tumblr an interesting bit of info about the Navy and they'll turn it into an excellently macabre but also sort of heartwarming pitch for "Ghost Boats 2: The Reghostening."
