Nothing makes us feel quite as culturally and morally bankrupt as sitting down to watch people abuse each other for an hour so that they get the chance to spend another day with Flavor Flav. There have been some bad tv shows, not just reality TV, but show with ideas with plots and characters that professionals thought of and said "yes, people will like this." The fact that they exist at all makes us feel weird about what producers think people want to see, but hey, every moment spent not watching Caillou is considered a win.
