It truly feels like if you're not actually bothering anyone that this shouldn't be a such a huge deal. And it really seems like this property value business is just an excuse for the neighbors to push the new person around. Living with a group of "active" neighbors can be a bit of a nightmare, like this HOA Karen who complained about guide dog training or this entitled neighbor dad who tried usurping a driveway and got towed.
