It sounds like this couple's having all kinds of communication issues. The fact that this guy basically wrote a check that he knew he wouldn't be able to cash is really the start of all the problems. While his heart might've been in the right place, he definitely crossed the line. His wife went ahead and then escalated things by selling his precious Xbox. Hopefully these two are able to work everything out.
