Okay, so keeping an alligator paddock isn't exactly a normal thing. But the fact that this lady even thought a fetid swamp full of algae is something her kid would like to swim in in the first place might indicate that she's not a wellspring of good ideas. It doesn't take a genius to look at that bog and think that it's not an opportune time to reach for the swim trunks.
