Unfortunately, this isn't the first instance of a landlord not returning a tenant's security deposit that we've come across. However, to say that this TikToker had an absolutely wild overreaction would be an understatement. Like, dude. Not only are you not going to get that deposit back, but now you're likely going to be dealing with facing criminal charges.
