Twitter Thread: Notes On Customers Not Being Right


In a situation where you actually have control over who you're doing business with, and can afford to not deal with someone's petty BS, it's pretty awesome to just say "no." This twitter thread talks about the idea of boundaries in client relationships. Most notably, not being bullied by the jackass who payed you to do something you're great at and thinks they can micromanage everything you do before being displeased, like this lowballer who didn't want to pay, and the artist wasn't having it.
