Unfortunately, many of us have had our encounters with testy landlords that like to play outside the bounds of what's legal when it comes to tenant rights. It's as if they assume that people won't take it upon themselves to review the very laws that exist to protect them from getting totally screwed over. This woman was able to sneak herself into a FB group that's in place for landlords. What she went on to learn was troubling to say the very least.
