Of course a manager would come in and decide to turn a total non-issue into a whole thing. It's not surprising that a workplace pregnancy could inspire so much miscommunication, given all these weird pregnancy misconceptions medical professionals have experienced. There are definitely times when it seems like some managers have it out for pregnant employees, like this manager who told a pregnant employee to stop slacking.
