Karen Presenter Demands Crappier Hotel Booking, Gets It


It's often worth it to defer to the person whose job it is to schedule things, but Karen was sure about what she wanted, so by gum she got it. It's almost like this rude customer who demanded no ice and got less than that. Karens have a rough track record with the bureaucracy of hotels, for example, this Karen who wanted a late check out and got rejected.
