Man, there's something terribly fascinating about watching someone who stubbornly refuses to get out of their own way. Like they have some sort of subconscious vendetta to engineer their own demise. It can honestly be sad sometimes. In this case though, folks might be able to have a good laugh. You have an impatient lady come right out of the gate with a fiery temper and entitlement, and then ultimately end up missing her flight because she wouldn't just take a deep breath and be a reasonable human being. For some more absurdity from the tech support world check out the time a mom washed her kid's computer, and then a tech support catastrophe ensued.
