There's no guessing what kind of unsympathetic, irrational thing incredibly entitled people might want. It could be a request to move back the birth of your kid a few days. They might want a new tv delivered to their house because it's their own birthday. Entitled people are laughably bold and there's no way of convincing them otherwise. They're some quality characters.
