Of all the horrible things to be surprised by, "slowly tipping concrete mixing truck coming right at you" is probably way up on the list. After that thing tipped for what seemed like ages, everyone got out unscathed. It's just probably a better idea in general to not try to pull of any slick moves in a concrete truck.
