Someone on AskReddit asked for people from third world countries to share their biggest culture shock experiences. Things like having clean water out of the tap, or an ambulance that shows up if you call it (regardless of financial status) are things we can momentarily forget aren't guarantees everywhere else. Definitely a list that helps keep things in perspective.
