Casting can get too brutal when they're looking for a particular type. You've gotta be confident in yourself to have a role people would describe as "tired lady giving birth" or "slack-jawed psychopath 2." For the majority of us who aren't ridiculously photogenic, this would be our reality in Hollywood too.
