This man in New Zealand decided he'd proactively lighten the spirits on the day he was due to get fired, by bringing an "emotional support clown" with him for the event. Can't say we've ever heard of someone adopting this tactic amidst getting fired, but damn if it's one for the books. Twitter users naturally had some jokes to make about the whole madness of the situation.
