Oppressive work dress codes suck and are dumb. We've had jobs where we have to cover up tattoos, since apparently seeing some ink on a wrist would make an old lady crap her pants in terror. People try to work their way around them, like this guy who battled his work tie policy by buying excessively ugly ties. But when your required work attire is something that is uncomfortable, painful, and actively makes your job harder, then it's time to make a statement. This woman went hard.
