This rich prick in a fancy Armani suit pitched a real ridiculous fit about having to pay a 25-cent library fine. So, the employee decided to take his petty revenge by stepping out for some fresh air, right when the prick was leaving the premises, and ended up ratting him out to a parking lot cop who was busy writing people tickets.
