This panicked mom named Christina Tufford, found herself in a race against the clock after realizing she'd accidentally locked her 10-month-old daughter, Maddie, in the car alongside the keys. The terrifying event took place in Florida, where that sweltering heat can pose a huge health risk, especially when you factor in being trapped inside of a hot car. Ten minutes into this drama, the car's air conditioner shut off, and then temperatures inside of the car really began to rise.
Fortunately everything works out, and they're able to break open the window to get Maddie out in time. The one lingering question we have though, is how did this end up taking so long?
