The US Consumer Product Safety Commission is not messing around at all when it comes to encouraging folks to stay safe this 4th of July. They went ahead and subjected dummies to some absolutely brutal, explosive demonstrations. They just want to cut down on all the mindless, excited stupidity that can pop up on the holiday. And if you look at all these and still feel like playing with fire, we'd be shocked.
