An AskReddit thread asked people to share their most brutal breakup experiences. The resulting stories are full of pain, and make humans look like cold monsters. Breaking up with someone through text has got to be the lowest blow, and worst kind of result from living in a technologically-infused era where we can avoid the hard face-to-face conversations, by hiding behind our phones.
