When the ignorant boss named "Billy" in this equation mistreated the new guys, they banded together and ended up sinking to new lows to get the guy demoted, and then canned. It seems like the bully boss in this equation wasn't properly described in terms of all his faults. Like, anyone else feel a little bit bad for the guy? What made this boss such an insufferable jerk?
