Of the many things to skimp on in life, tattoos are not on that list. Make sure you have a good vision in mind, mull it over, and find a professional artist. But that's just a suggestion. If you really really want a tattoo of Richard Nixon in fishnets and your friend's cousin's step-dad says he can totally do it in his garage for 50 bucks, we'd sure like to see how it turns out.
