We don't know where it comes from, but sometimes when you see someone you like, there's a certain, primal urge to impress them in the most idiotic ways possible. It's incredibly stupid, but for a lot of us, if a hot person is walking down the street, our next logical thought is "I bet she'd like to see how high I can jump."
