1) Take extreme care when unloading unevenly distributed weight, especially on broken or irregular pallets.
2) Always be aware of your surroundings when unloading a truck with a pallet jack. Specifically where the tail gate ends. Also the presence of cameras.
3) Misuse of work equipment could result in making it to the front page of Fail Blog.
