With some of these it's honestly hard to tell who's the real asshole. Gonna take a wild gander here, and assume many of you out there have or are currently living it up in the good 'ol apartment life, which pretty much guarantees encounters with strange and occasionally (surprisingly normal) neighbors. Hopefully you've never crossed paths with any of these walks of life.
