These crafty parents and their string of clever lies almost seem morally acceptable. Dishonesty's never ideal, but for a lot of these, it'd seem the parents are trying to pass these off to help their children grow up. Whether it's tinkering with that kitchen clock to get the kids to bed earlier, or providing emotional support through dropping some knowledge about 'pet heaven': these really aren't that bad!
