Ah, breathe it all in: Stoner Christmas is upon us. Did it smell particularly dank on the commute to work this morning? Mysterious clouds and coughs and maniacal fits of laughter pervading across your area? Yep, possession of 42.5 grams of marijuana's classified as a felony with implications of up to 5-30 years in prison.
