Some laws that may have been appropriate 100 years ago may have just fallen through the cracks, therefore they're still on the books and seem pretty funny to us now. Some of the crazier laws still on the books as of 2016 are: • Wisconsin- It is illegal to serve butter substitutes in prison • Virginia- Children are not allowed to go trick-or treating on Halloween • Tennessee- It is illegal to share your Netflix password
