New Zealand Firm is Developing the Worst Customer Ever

work customer service science New Zealand Firm is Developing the Worst Customer Ever

The Touchpoint Group in New Zealand is developing artificial intelligence using two years worth of angry customer calls from four Australian banks. The goal is to help companies find the best way to deal with customer complaints by creating a training platform that can simulate responses to customer service techniques. We can only hope that this will result in better customer service and not an angry, profane computer overlord who decides to destroy all the banks in Australia.
