Just because someone politely asks for something doesn't mean they're actually polite or kind, or even asking for something reasonable. You could be on the bus and have the guy next to you politely ask if you can stand so that he can put his bag down on your chair, and while he was technically "asking politely," he's really just being a huge jackass who simply speaks softly. Sometimes we have to do impolite things to level the playing field when dealing with an unreasonable person, like the time this entitled dude who wouldn't remove his hand from a bus seat, so a pregnant lady just sat on it.
This piece of work beach Karen decided that she had the authority to make a kid with burn scars put his shirt on just so that she didn't have to explain any difficult concepts to her own kids, and OP took to the internet to make sure this lady was in the wrong. Consensus was "hell yeah, that Karen sucks."
