Most of us probably couldn't think of a more trustworthy mailman than Mr. McFeely of Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, but this particular visit left a group of kids screaming in fear over the entrance of another character, Purple Panda. Man, they absolutely could not handle it. There's nothing quite like watching a room of children absolutely lose it over a dude in a panda suit.

Man, when you first see those ducks basically duck sprinting up to that bowl of peas you know something catastrophic is about to go down. Those peas got completely rekt. They never stood a chance.

It's little recaps from rightfully disgruntled tenants like these that end up giving the landlords of the world a bad rap. It could be gnarly cases of landlords going on power trips, thinking that they can get away with just about anything; or just genuinely immoral people being put in a position of power. We're not sure. Probably a bit of both. Hopefully none of these frustrating stories from tenants ring a bell.

Anyone who has ever played a part in a family holiday tradition knows that things can go from 0 to 100 at a moment's notice. The holidays can be a lot like weddings in that they're this unique, high pressure, emotional time of the year that brings together all kinds of family members that would otherwise be advised to remain comfortably far apart. Drama can break out at just about any time. In this case though, the vibes remain relatively wholesome. Just a little friendly competitiveness and a whole lot of holiday spirit.

Man, it sounds like there's a whole lot more going on in this marriage than what we can partially make out at the surface level. We have a married couple that's been married for apparently eight years, and the guy's wife is somehow too cheap to dish out a couple bucks to grab him a nice holiday drink. Kind of a tough situation to find yourself in. Especially if you're already cranky from not having your daily caffeine fix. Would you say he's being out of line for his angry reaction, or is the emotional implosion well warranted? You be the judge.

We live in a results oriented society. Who has the time and patience for things like "factual accuracy" when something can be basically technically accurate? Sure, an assertion may be flawed or sort of inaccurate but at least it can be saved by its own cleverness. These technically correct moments aren't exactly wrong.
