Step-Dad Presses Charges After Step-Son Steals Deceased First Wife's Heirloom Jewellery

Honestly, this one makes me so peeved, just reading it, that I had to share it.

There are no words for the absolute h#llfire I would rain upon the step-son in this situation. Current marriage be d@mned. What an absolute piece of trash.

The fact that he was continually told no by his step-dad when trying to claim the heirloom jewellery left by the dead mother for her daughter. He then goes ahead and steals it anyways. There can be no forgiveness for this. Screw him and the entire family for attempting to defend his actions. This dad needs to cut ties and go for the jugular on this one.

Tumblr Thread: Becoming an Ant God

It stands to reason that if you saw a circle of ants chanting your name, you wouldn't just ignore it. Well, you shouldn't ignore ants in general; that's how you get ants. But still, if they formed a tiny circle and started praising you, it would be hard to let go. This tumblr thread takes the premise to its logical conclusion of roommate disputes being fought through the lens of ant holy war. Here's another good one about tumblr imagining aliens being fought off by wildlife.

Entitled Parents Expect 'Well Off' Siblings In Law To Buy Their Kids Expensive Christmas Gifts

On today's episode of 'what did the entitled @sshole do today?' We have an exciting development involving intensely malicious compliance, entitled parents, and holiday cheer. First of all, it's a pretty fat assumption to make that someone is 'well off.' Maybe they are just more responsible with their money than you are? Did you think of that? And then to instruct your siblings/sibling in law to buy your child expensive gifts because you assumed that they can afford it? Take a seat, and fast.

The Dumbest Dogs People Met

A smart dog is an amazing thing to behold, like this story of a dog who figured out how to herd a lawn roomba. That said, dog geniuses are hard to come by, and the spectacle of smart dogs are far outweighed by the hilarious, pitiful and shocking antics of incredibly stupid dogs. For all their shenanigans, their dumbness is still endearing.

Suspicious CEO Asks IT Guy to Order Three iPhone 13’s, Turns Out They’re Presents For Her Family For Christmas

I'm not entirely certain of the legalities surrounding this but, even if it is her company, the entire thing sounds like misattribution of company funds at the very best. Kudos to this bad boss for not giving a flying f* about leaving a paper trail and just letting it all out by sending the request through in emails.

The commenters on the reddit r/antiwork subreddit have pulled through with some amazing approaches and next steps that this IT guy can take if he wants to pursue it further.

Worker Instigates Mass Resignation After Boss Yells At Intern For Taking a Personal Call About Her Dying Cat

There's nothing better than watching horrible bosses pay for their mismanagement mistreatment of people and resources. This one certainly gets his comeuppance in the end.

I say this guy has done nothing wrong in instigating a mass resignation within his company, all he did was send a smartly-worded fair well email. If the company can't survive fair well emails and actually has to block people from their email accounts before their last day then I'd say that they have other much larger issues that they should be dealing with.

Revealing Moments Where Expectation Failed to Meet the Reality of the Situation

Enjoy this collection of things that do and didn't turn out as we expected them too.
I'm sure everyone has experienced ordering something online only for it to turn up and be way too big, way too small, or not what you ordered at all!
In these times what can you do except smack your head and say, "I didn't expect it to turn out this way!"

This is probably the worst poem I've ever written. Not even sure what it is. I'm going to go get my first cup of coffee.
