Hopefully they kept that site up until the property manager made good on all of the payments.

We all like to think that just cause we have cars and planes and indoor plumbing that the standards for your average person's grasp on reality is vastly better than say, a dirt-farming medieval peasant. In an effort to trim down a company, some managers try eliminating vital positions without replacing them. Some managers illegally dock pay, and IT has to get it all back. In this case a hotheaded manager went and made a pretty big mistake while also making sure there was a lot of proof for that mistake. Nice. Some managers are super chill, like this boss who used an eye gag to remove problem customers.
Anyone who has ever grinded through the exhausting state of existence that can be working a job at a call center has likely fielded their fair, infuriating share of terribly entitled and delusional customers. This customer sounds like they're on a level of their own. They had the nerve to get totally nasty toward a call center employee over the employee's elected professional nickname. Like, what? It seems like some people really just need to have a fight with someone over something no matter what. Man oh man, our hearts go out to anyone working in the sewage/draining industry who ends up having to deal with these kinds of terribly entitled, if not delusional customers. This scenario was shady from the very beginning. And then after the customer blatantly wastes the poor dude's time, he has the audacity to get all nasty toward the guy. Good riddance and good luck getting that issue resolved. Seems like most of the moral judges in the comments section agreed that this guy wasn't in the wrong at all for walking out on the "job."

It's like some of them will have some strange vendetta against you from the moment you walked in, for some unfathomable reason.
