This bridesmaid asked the morally righteous people of Reddit's "AITA" subreddit if she was in the wrong for dropping out of a wedding party, after realizing that the bride was hosting a lingerie pyramid scheme. To make matters even more uncomfortable it turns out the bride used part of her honeymoon fund to buy into the MLM.

This guy just wanted to help out some "family friends" who very well might've been gangsters. He ended up volunteering his services for taking one of the guy's daughters along to a frat party. The complication in that plan was that she was notorious for being "boy crazy" and he didn't end up keeping a close eye on her. Fortunately, his moment of panic when his life likely flashed before his eyes, gave way to a simple joke. Phew.

The customer couldn't fathom the fact that the manicurist had that crazy thing called a "social life" outside of her profession. The world of scamming attempts isn't all just idiot scammers getting trolled, though we love to see it. Sometimes there's some really believable phishing attempts out there that you wouldn't have thought of. Scammers can dig up personal information in order to help give themselves false credibility, like this guy who almost fell for another believable scam.

People have a pretty abysmal knowledge of computers, but almost never so bad that they try to have them removed from their office. IT people have to be very patient when a customer's computer won't work. Sometimes people don't know what a power button is. We don't envy people who have to deal with this level of ignorance on a daily basis.
