This motel handled a blatant BS-riddled review in glorious fashion, by bringing the actual backstory into the picture. We're not sure what compels these lying reviewers to try and stain the reputation of upstanding establishments, but we sure do love it when the owners call the liars out on their BS.

While social media has given the world amazing things like the ability to connect with friends and family, and share hilarious memes, there's others who use it for more selfish purposes. These folks are the ones who really know how to clear a room with their pomposity, self-veneration, and general sense of self-importance. These people who think they're just so god damn smart that you can't even begin to understand the pillar of intellect on which they sit. For more of these folks, check out these titans of knowledge.

What a powerful and hilarious way to handle the paralyzing nuisance of a wave of intrusive thoughts. Nobody likes to hear that voice in the back of their head telling them to check the garage door or stove for the third, fourth, eh fifth time, cause you can never be too sure. In this case, the Tumblr thread works to assign funny personalities to those troubling intrusive thoughts. Seems like a pretty effective way to handle the situation.

Warm up your eyes and get ready to be puzzled. We've got giant cats, people with horses for faces, things that look like other things and loads of other junk. Anyway, get ready for confusion and "aha" moments. For more optical illusions, check out these eye-crumbling images of crazy perspective

When this guy's girlfriend allegedly suggested that she was "unroastable" he put it to the test. Let's just say that the roastmasters of Reddit were more than ready for the challenge. The comments section is a blazing inferno of brutal verbal assaults. Zero punches were pulled in these roasts.

Doctors, nurses and technicians see some wild crap every day. It's not just all the injuries, it's the stupid things people are too embarrassed to mention. In case you were wondering, it's a bad idea to lie to a doctor. For more, here are some times medical professionals saw right through lying patients.

There's nothing quite like getting to see your friends get married. The person you've known for years has finally found someone they tolerate enough to spend the next (at least) few years of their life with. It's a good time. What's not a great time is being seated a crappy table with their estranged uber-religious cousins, waiting too long to buy a gift and having to buy them 80 dollar towels, and sweating through your only suit. Other than that though, good time. For funny tweets about what comes after, here are tweets about marriage that are too real.

This bridezilla sounds like an absolutely despicable self-serving piece of work. She goes so far as to invite a stranger to her wedding cause she heard she might be able to cash in on a nice gift, and then when it seems like things might not go as she plans, she says the stranger can't come BUT can send some gifts. How delusional and desperate can you get.
If you're looking for more juicy bridezilla drama, check out the time a self-important bridezilla announced her engagement at her friend's wedding.

There was no way of knowing this puggle would try to take down 8 inches of pure steak fat in one go. Maybe in his old age he got cocky, or he was having too good a time to care. Anyway, the story has a happy ending after the double sided foible of feeding too much fat to a dog who doesn't know how to eat. If you liked this, here's a funny story about a dog licking doors.

Don't go announcing your engagement at someone else's weddingor this just might happen to you. The self-important bridezilla in this scenario went and announced her wedding while she was attending her friend's! From there, the revenge was cold-hearted and plain old brutal. I'm just trying to figure out why people that hate each other this much remain friends. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of love going on between these two friends.
Check out these marriage memes if you're looking for a nice summary of what to expect after the wedding.

At least the internet had a good time with this one! This cat is absolutely aware of how it looks, and will likely hate dad forever.

For whatever reason, people absolutely love to lie online. Whether it's for short-lived clout, spreading dangerous misinformation or fake internet points, there's just a bunch of troublesome liars out there. For more online justice, here are some no-good liars who got called got called out for their absurd BS.

If you're going to mock a dude online for wanting to take you on a date, you better be ready for some blowback in the comments. In this case, she was hating on Applebee's. Ice cold man, ice cold.
