This guy experienced quite the wakeup call when he realized that he'd been washing his hair incorrectly for over 10 years. What he previously assumed was an unavoidable case of white flakes peppering the barber shop's floor every time he went in for a visit, was actually a symptom of very poor hygiene. Or at least that's how it sounds. Sounds like he proceeded to make sure things were squeaky clean up top, for going forwards. Lesson learned. Better late than never!

Anyone who's ever muddled through working a customer service job knows how much more hellish a day can be made, when there's a wild Karen on the loose. For the rest of the people lucky enough to not have to deal with irate customers as part of their job, it's even weirder when you get the individual in a blind rage who is convinced that you work for a place you're shopping at yourself. It's a terrible combination of entitlement, rage, and stupidity. The customers are failing without even realizing it, and then when you tell them that you don't work there, they get even madder.

Self-Important Boss Gets Fired For Committing Fraud
Sounds like this self-important boss had it coming to him. And to hear that he ultimately went on to work at a Domino's, where the company's employees proceeded to order "Meat Feast" pizzas with the extra meat on them, just to mess with him, is a beautiful fairytale ending.
