Anyone who's ever muddled through working a customer service job knows how much more hellish a day can be made, when there's a wild Karen on the loose. For the rest of the people lucky enough to not have to deal with irate customers as part of their job, it's even weirder when you get the individual in a blind rage who is convinced that you work for a place you're shopping at yourself. It's a terrible combination of entitlement, rage, and stupidity. The customers are failing without even realizing it, and then when you tell them that you don't work there, they get even madder.
